  • Domestic: We proudly offer nationwide delivery to all cities and towns within Pakistan.

  • International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Weekends: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 3–5 working days for your package to arrive, depending on your city.

  • Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time (5–7 working days).

4. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above Rs. 2,000.

  • Standard Rate: For orders below Rs. 2,000, a standard delivery fee will be calculated and applied at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via SMS or Email.

  • You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment directly with our courier partner.

6. Potential Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, courier service disruptions, or public holidays.

  • Stylish and Feminine is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will do our best to assist you in tracking your parcel.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If your package arrives damaged, opened, or if an item is missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will investigate the issue immediately and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
